Welcome to the Pilates Face and Body website

We hope this will give you all the information you need about Pilates and it¹s suitability for you and how we run our Pilates courses in Northamptonshire.

We run Pilates for Beginners courses as well as offering private Pilates Instruction if that¹s what you would prefer.

We also have Chartered Physiotherapists working with us so you can have Pilates instruction on private health insurance.

Our Pelvic Floor workshops with a Women¹s Health physiotherapist are a great way of finding out more about pelvic floor problems and how to prevent them and the Face and Body workout targets all the areas that we fight to keep firm and toned!

The Pilates for Sport Workshops are designed to help all levels of sports people from amateur to professional gain the most from their body to ensure they stay as healthy as possible to enable them to enjoy their chosen sport and we have more coming up this year, but even a regular Pilates Class will really open your eyes to ways to improve your game by improving your core strength and flexibility.

All of our teachers are qualified to teach Pilates for Pregnancy too and the small group classes we run allow anyone pregnant to continue safely right through to delivery.

Our classes are perfect for those looking for Pilates to help alleviate back pain and back problems but don¹t think that only those requiring Pilates for rehabilitation attend our studio ­ we are based at Northants County Cricket Ground so you could find yourself alongside one of the county squad who use the studio for injury prevention along with some of the local rugby players and footballers too!
